STAN is an in-depth look into how your staffing team feel about their confidence, competence and knowledge within their job role plus feedback from your staff on key business areas. STAN+ provides:
A dashboard overview of the feedback (Covering: Safeguarding, Infection Prevention & Control, Medication, Health & Safety and Staffing Levels) personal dashboard of feedback from individual staff members.
STAN is free of charge to all HCPA Members!
HCPA Training
HCPA’s fully-funded training courses and qualifications are available to HCPA members. This includes mandatory and entry-level training through to leadership and management topics. All training certifictes are uploaded directly to and accessed via the Academy portal for you and your employees.
